How healthy is your pickleball club?

Full courts don’t tell the whole story. Use these 25 questions to identify strengths, uncover gaps, and choose your next steps.

Check one answer per statement. Yes = consistently in place; Partly = needs improvement; No = not in place; Unsure = we need to check.

Ask another leader and a newer member to complete the checklist independently. Where do your answers differ?

Your answers are not submitted. Print or save your completed checklist before leaving this page. To save a PDF, choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print window.

What needs attention?

Every Partly, No, or Unsure deserves a closer look. Several gaps in one section can guide your next leadership discussion. For each Yes, ask for a recent example.

Address safety and emergency-readiness gaps promptly. A strong result elsewhere does not cancel them out. This is a planning tool, not a validated club rating.
